Porter is a career criminal who is double-crossed by his partner Val and his wife, Lynn, during a heist to steal $140,000 from the Chinese triad. Val shoots Porter and leaves him for dead. Miraculously, Porter survives and is determined to get his share of the money and exact revenge on those who betrayed him. After a long and painful recovery, Porter sets out to get his payback. He tracks down Val, who has used the money to establish himself within the criminal underworld. Porter confronts Val and demands his share of the money, but Val refuses. With the help of a prostitute named Rosie, who has her own reasons for wanting revenge against the triad, Porter devises a plan to take down Val and the triad. The plan involves a series of carefully calculated moves to outsmart and outmaneuver Val and the triad, leading to a climactic showdown. As the stakes get higher and the danger grows, Porter's determination and resourcefulness are put to the ultimate test. In the end, Porter manages to outwit his enemies, reclaim his share of the money, and finally get the payback he has been seeking. However, the cost of his revenge is high, and Porter is left to contemplate the consequences of his actions.
