Millie Kessler, a high school student, is a shy and awkward teenager who becomes the target of a notorious serial killer known as the Blissfield Butcher. One fateful night, during a brutal encounter with the Butcher, they both get caught in the path of an ancient mystical dagger, causing them to switch bodies. Millie finds herself trapped in the Butcher's intimidating and imposing frame, while the Butcher wakes up in Millie's petite and unassuming body. With only 24 hours to reverse the curse before it becomes permanent, Millie, in the Butcher's body, must convince her friends of the switch and find a way to reclaim her own body. Meanwhile, the Butcher, in Millie's body, takes advantage of the situation to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting town. As the clock ticks down, Millie and her friends race against time to track down the mystical dagger and perform the ritual to switch them back. Along the way, they must confront their own fears and insecurities, as well as the challenges of navigating the treacherous high school social hierarchy. As the Butcher, in Millie's body, continues to leave a trail of chaos and destruction, the stakes are raised, and the race to reverse the curse becomes a matter of life and death. In a thrilling and unexpected climax, the true identities are revealed, and the final showdown between Millie and the Butcher takes place, leading to a resolution that changes their lives forever.
