In a dystopian future, Tokyo is overrun by a new breed of criminals called 'Engineers' who can transform any part of their body into a weapon. Ruka, a young and determined officer of the Tokyo Police Corporation, is on a mission to hunt down and eliminate these violent criminals. Ruka's father, a renowned officer, was brutally murdered by an Engineer when she was a child, and she has sworn to avenge his death by eradicating the Engineers from the city. With the help of a rogue detective and a group of outcast engineers, Ruka sets out to bring down the corrupt system that has allowed the Engineers to thrive.
